The sun is shining and we can finally meet up with our friends and loved ones outdoors, which means only one thing – picnics.
With restaurants and pub gardens booked up for weeks on end, however, an impromptu picnic in the park is the perfect way to socialise, see friends and feel like life is somewhat normal for an afternoon.
However, now you’ve got a few dates in the diary, your mind has probably quickly turned to how you’re going to provide all this food. You could spend a whole day working away in the kitchen like a picnic elf, knocking up little sausage rolls, finger sandwiches and fairy cakes. Or, you could be smart about it and opt for a ready-made picnic platter.
We hereby confirm that it is absolutely not cheating to invest in pre-made picnic platters – the time-saving benefits of ordering food to be delivered are plentiful, leaving you to concentrate on enjoying the afternoon and not fretting that you haven’t made enough scotch eggs.
Here are 12 places you can order a variety of picnic platters for all tastes from – even the pickiest of eaters will love these!
