Trinny London has launched a new product with a special meaning to mark International Women’s Day

While many brands have pledged to support and donate this International Women’s Day, Trinny London has gone one step further today by launching an entirely new product named after an inspiring member of its online community, the Trinny Tribe.

Named Sherin, the new shade of Lip2Cheekis a warm, peachy terracotta for your lips and cheeks and is named after Trinny Tribe member, Sherin.

Sherin dealt with two cancer diagnoses in 2016 and 2017, respectively, and received therapy and treatment before ’emphatically drawing bold lines under them and thrusting them into the darkest recesses of my consciousness’. In 2019, however, she was diagnosed with severe, metastatic disease – her third cancer diagnosis in so many years and this time, incurable.

Since joining the Trinny Tribe in June 2020, Sherin has found joy in makeup and solace in the online beauty community. As such, Trinny London is donating 10% from every sale to Sherin’s charity of choice, Breast Cancer Now, which has supported her on her journey so far. Funds raised will help the charity to continue its life-changing services and world-class research.

Sherin said, ‘Lip2Cheek in Sherin has become my signature shade and the hero product in my collection. The shade is fast becoming part of my identity: it’s hard to explain, but it makes me feel invincible! I consider Lip2Cheek in Sherin to be a symbol of strength, individuality and optimism’.

Baroness Delyth Morgan, Chief Executive of Breast Cancer Now, says, ‘I’d like to say a huge thank you to Sherin, who, through sharing her personal experience and love of Trinny London, is the inspiration behind our partnership which will raise awareness of breast cancer and highlight Breast Cancer Now’s specialist support services, which are there for anyone affected by breast cancer, whenever they need us’.
