Stacey Solomon is a girl after our own hearts. Despite her starry accolades as a former reality TV veteran and current Loose Women panellist, the mum-of-two has retained all of her natural – and more to the point, relatable – charm.
It’s unsurprising, then, that for her first ever exclusive clothing line, she’s teamed up with high street hero Primark, to create a collection that’s not only stylish and chic, but that everyone can afford.
‘I can’t tell you how excited I am to be working with Primark,’ she says of her edit, which also spans bags, footwear and accessories.
‘I’ve shopped there since I can remember. It’s been there for me and my family when we needed clothes for special occasions or everyday use that were on trend and didn’t break the bank.’
Stacey has always been a proud advocate for body positivity, and has kept this in mind when editing her range – right down to the images taken for the campaign, which haven’t seen even a whisper of an airbrush.
The collection is available in Primark’s full size range, and is design to flatter all body types – from block coloured knits to leopard print dresses, this is fun, celebratory fashion which fizzes with all of the joy and energy that has become so synonymous with Stacey herself.
As if that wasn’t enough, Stacey and Primark are using their joint platform for a great cause: anti-bullying. Supporting both the NSPCC and ISPCC, 20% of profits from full price sales of the £4 Living My Best Life t-shirt pictured above will be donated to these charities.
With such a powerful message at its core – not to mention the fact that prices start at just £1.50 – Stacey’s A/W 18 edit it set to move fast. So, which pieces should you be snapping up first?
The leopard print dress
Dress, £20, Primark
No 2018 wardrobe is complete without an animal print midi dress – and we love Stacey’s bold twist on the usual neutral colour palette. Bonus points if you add the Gucci-inspired clutch.
The checked coat
Coat, £30, Primark
On-trend outerwear at that price? We’ll race you to the tills. This is a versatile, throw-on-with-anything jacket that you’ll return to season after season.
The roll-neck jumper
Jumper, £10, Primark
A cosy, chunky knit for days when the temperatures really drop – and as Stacey proves in this coordinating skirt (also £10), it’s easy to dress up!
The silk dress
Dress, £20, Primark
There’s nothing mellow about this little yellow number – the tie waist and skirt split make for the ultimate flattering silhouette.
Jeans, £13, Primark
High waisted, frayed hems, a gorgeous shade of blue – this is quality denim that goes well above and beyond the label of ‘basic’.
The full 38-piece Stacey Solomon collection can be found in Primark stores in UK and Ireland from today.
