Is there ever a day where Lorraine Kelly graces our screens looking anything less than amazing? The answer, of course, is no – but today’s look is particularly special, because not only is it as wearable and stylish as we’d expect from the ITV presenter, it’s also an absolute bargain.
On Tuesday morning’s edition of her self-titled programme Lorraine, the star wore a pink checked dress with contrasting black trim from supermarket fashion line George at Asda, which retails for just £25.
Even Lorraine herself seemed impressed with the price, writing on her Instagram account: ‘Today’s outfit just TWENTY FIVE pounds from @georgeatasda #bargain #happy #supermarket #fashion.’
The look generated plenty of compliments from her 278k followers, with one commenting on her outfit post: ‘Beautiful! See, goes to show you don’t have to spend a lot to look fab.’
‘I love this look on you,’ another agreed, while a third even told the host that they’d been so inspired by her choice that they’d just ordered one for themselves. And if you want to do the same? It’s just a few clicks away, in stock on the Asda Direct website in sizes 8-24.
Customers who’ve reviewed the dress already praise its true-to-size fit and flattering shape. One wrote: ‘Bought this and it fitted very well and looked good. I am size 12 and quite small but it was the right length and looked fab!’
Lorraine is not the only famous face to be won over by an affordable dress from the supermarket of late. Good Morning Britain‘s Susanna Reid and Charlotte Hawkins just wore different colours of the same leopard print dress from the same shop on recent episodes of the show.
Susanna opted for a red version of the dress while Charlotte went for a more summery white – but with both dresses, like Lorraine’s, on sale at £25, we’re tempted to snap up both!
