Holly Willoughby’s £45 dress is giving us serious summer outfit inspiration

Holly Willoughby is one of our go-to celebrities for style inspiration, especially since she often wears high street pieces that us mere mortals can actually afford. From ASOS to Zara, Mango to Marks & Spencer, Holly often showcases the best of the high street, and her latest broderie anglaise dress is no exception.

As part of her collaboration with M&S, Holly posted a photo of the yellow broderie dress on social media, saying it would be perfect for the Bank Holiday.

‘Did someone say long weekend?’ she posted in the caption. ‘I already know what I’m wearing for it’. She added that the best thing about the ‘easy-breezy’ dress is the fact it’s made from responsibly-sourced pure cotton, as well as highlighting the pretty puffed sleeves and tiered skirt.

As with anything Holly posts on Instagram, fans were quick to respond, saying how great she looked in the £45 dress. While Holly opted for the pale yellow version, there is also a black option too, which dare we say it is probably more wearable for most people.

One of our favourite things about the dress is that range of sizing available: it comes in three lengths – short, regular and long – and in sizes 6 to 24, which is more inclusive than many high street brands.

Given the popularity of broderie anglaise and the super-selling Holly factor, we don’t imagine this dress will hang around long. As for other popular finds from Marks & Spencer right now, the animal print trend is proving a bestseller, while these £12.50 trousers have been dubbed ‘perfect’ by shoppers, who are buying them in every colour.
