As well as tracking Holly Willoughby’s high-street style, we’re always on the lookout for any insight into her beauty regime. And thanks to the TV presenter and her makeup artist Patsy O’Neill, we’ve discovered a beautiful boutique beauty brand that until now hasn’t been on our radar.
British brand Delilah was founded in 2014, and quickly started picking up industry awards. Co-founded by a former MUA and beauty buyer, it’s all about understated luxury and clever formulations. We’ve spotted a number of Delilah products in Holly’s bathroom and on Patsy’s Instagram account.
First up, is Delilah’s Time Frame Future Resist Foundation with SPF 20, £34 (left) which has a lightweight, velvety texture and subtle luminosity to it. It contains Vitamin E to protect and a peptides to prevents signs of ageing. In the Future Resist range (now that’s a creative way round saying ‘anti-ageing’) there’s also a primer and the Fade Away under-eye concealer which contains roseroot and sugar beet to reduce puffiness and dark circles.
To set Holly’s make-up without losing that lovely glow Patsy has often reached for the Delilah Touch Micro-fine Loose Powder, £38 (below) – a soft, silky, super-light powder that gives you an airbrushed effect. And for Holly’s fresh-faced flush, Patsy has sometimes used Delilah’s Colour Blush Powder Blush, £26 in Clementine, which despite its name is a bright coral-pink. It also comes in an equally showstopping fuschia shade called Opera.Another Delilah favourite that Patsy has in her kit, is their Colour Intense Cream Lipstick, £24, a creamy, Vitamin E enriched formula that has a matte finish. Holly is a fan of Tango (orangey-coral), Honesty (a heather-y nude) and Stiletto (hot pink). We really love the look of the sophisticated blue-toned Vintage red, too.
The easiest way to shop Delilah’s products is online at delilahcosmetics.com, or via Space NK – but they are stocked in some department stores and beauty salons. You can find your nearest stockist here.
