Presenter and radio host Fearne Cotton has plenty of strings to her bow. Following a successful clothing line with Very, several lifestyle books to her name, and a top-charting podcast, she’s now launching a retro-inspired cookware range with homeware brand Swan.
It follows her collaboration with Swan last year on a line of colourful kitchen gadgets and appliances that look great on your worktops. Her new collection is an assortment of ceramic pieces – casserole pots, pie dishes, ramekins – along with melamine mixing bowls and measuring cups, all in her signature hues: Lily (lilac), Truffle (chic pale grey), Peacock (turquoise-y teal) and Pale Honey (a creamy yellow).
If you have open shelves or a crockery cabinet, these pops of colours will brighten up your kitchen. Or they’d make the perfect housewarming gift for a friend’s new home. We particularly like the 3-piece ombre teapot set and matching mugs, which are far too pretty to hide away in a kitchen cupboard, while the three-tier cake stand laden with treats would be the idea showstopper for a party.
The Fearne by Swan collection also includes mini heart-shaped cake tins, retro mug stands and a family-size bread bin (check out Fearne’s recipe for spelt and goji berry loaf for something tasty to keep inside). An avid home cook, Fearne has authored two recipe books: Cook, Eat, Love, followed by Cook Happy Cook Healthy.
Here’s our pick of Feane by Swan’s best pieces.
