In response to the government’s latest advice to stay inside our homes for a minimum of three weeks, Davina announced that she has made her online fitness and wellbeing platform, Own Your Goals, free for the first 30 days.
Recognising that many people are missing their usual forms of working out, whether that’s attending group classes or working out at the gym, the TV presenter has decided to make membership completely free for any new joiners for the first month.
In a video Davina posted to her Instagram, she updated her 1.1 million followers, saying: ‘Now more than ever, I do believe for all our mental health, exercise is the key to getting us through this.’ She continued, ‘Just in case you hadn’t heard, I am giving away OwnYourGoalsDavina.com, which is my fitness and wellbeing platform, absolutely free for 30 days.
There’s everything you could possibly need to stay fit, healthy and active during this period of isolation on the Own Your Goals website, from workouts to follow along to led by Davina and her favourite trainers, including HIIT, boxing, dancing, yoga and more, to workout plans and nutritionist-approved recipes. When you sign up you also automatically become part of the supportive OYG Community Group, where likeminded users can chat, share tips and motivate each other. In Davina’s words: ‘it’s got everything you need on there to get you through these next few weeks.’
