Bondi Sands first skincare line had 50,000 people on the waitlist

Bondi Sands is well-known and loved for its incredible line-up of salon-quality fake tan products, including a self tan eraser that has saved us from many a streaky situation. So when we heard that the glow-getting brand was expanding into skincare for the first time, we were a bit excited.

As were 50,000 other people, it turns out, who joined the waitlist to be first in line to shop the exciting new Bondi Sands skincare launch – and now the products are here.

Stocked at Boots and Cult Beauty, there are 12 products in the line-up, with pretty much all your bases covered, from cleansers and exfoliants to serums, eye creams, moisturisers and masks. Just like its self-tan products, everything in the range is affordably priced, starting from just £8.99.

They’ve drawn on hard-working, popular skincare ingredients of the moment, such as hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and bakuchiol. One product that particularly caught our eye first was the mysteriously named Wonder Potion Hero Oil.

Bondi Sands hero oil

Bondi Sands Wonder Potion Hero Oil, £9.99, Cult Beauty

Described by Cult Beauty as a ‘true magical elixir’, it’s designed to be a ‘one-oil-wonder’ that suits all skin types. Packed with antioxidant-rich sea buckthorn oil, calendula extract and rosehip oil, the oil soothes irritation, reduces the appearance of fine lines, brightens skin and evens out tone, as well as having hydrating and nourishing properties. That’s one hard-working oil, especially for just £9.99.

Bondi Sands hyaluronic acid serum

Bondi Sand Thirsty Skin Hyaluronic Acid Serum, £8.99, Cult Beauty

Hyaluronic acid is the antidote to ‘thirsty’, dehydrated skin. It works by pulling moisture into the skin, and in this formula is aided by antioxidant-rich algae extract to leave skin intensely hydrated, soft and supple.

Bondi Sands SPF 50 moisturiser

Bondi Sands Sunny Daze SPF 50 Moisturiser, £12.99, Boots

It’s no surprise that a fake tan brand has made sure its first skincare line includes a high-performing SPF moisturiser. With SPF 50, the formula is enriched with vitamin E, hibiscus sabdariffa fruit extract and zinc oxide, which all help to plump skin while protecting you from harmful UVA and UVB rays.

Bondi Sands exfoliant

Bondi Sands Buff’ N Polish Gentle Chemical Exfoliant, £9.99, Cult Beauty

This is a non-abrasive treatment that works to resurface skin and minimise hyperpigmentation to reveal a smooth and glowy complexion. Powered by ‘a medley of exfoliating actives’ rather than using physical abrasion, it’s suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Bondi Sands vitamin C serum

Bondi Sands Gold’n Hour Vitamin C Serum, £9.99, Boots

Harnessing the power of vitamin C, kakadu plum and licorice root extract, this serum works to brighten, soothe and nourish the skin for radiant, luminous complexion.
