Aldi’s new premium skincare range could save you up to £288

Aldi’s SpecialBuys aisle is about to become your new go-to skincare destination. Following the success of the award-winning Lacura brand, Aldi is promising beauty junkies a luxury skincare fix without the hefty price tag.

Facial skincare products have been rapidly increasing in popularity, with one in five recently saying they have upped the time they spend looking after their skin every day. But treating your skin to the best doesn’t have to be expensive; from as little as £3.99, you can bag yourself one of Aldi’s new, soon-to-be cult products. They include a luxurious Jelly Cleanser, innovative Microdermabrasion Scrub and an invigorating Vitamin C serum, and are available to pre-order from 19 September and to buy in-store from 26 September.

Lacura’s Jelly Cleanser, £3.99, Aldi

Give your skin the wake-up call it deserves with this luxuriant Jelly Cleanser. The smooth gel transforms into a light, fluffy foam with water and will remove those last stubborn bits of make-up, dirt and impurities that other products tend to miss. Free from nasty skin-stripping ingredients, even the most sensitive of complexions is left feeling smooth and perfectly cleansed.

Microdermabrasion Scrub, £3.99, Aldi

The unique formula of this scrub will buff away any dirt and dead skin, leaving it soft to touch and looking radiant. For that extra dazzle factor, those clever people at Aldi have added pineapple extract and enzymes to give skin a much-needed dose of AHAs.

Vitamin C Serum, £5.99, Aldi

It’s time to say goodbye to dull, uneven skin with this revolutionary, new serum. Made with 15% Vitamin C, E and essential fruit extracts, it will leave complexions looking fresh and, what’s more, help prevent signs of ageing. We’re sold.

Glycolic Exfoliating Treatment, £5.99, Aldi

If you only buy one product from Aldi’s range, make it this one. A multi-tasking treatment, it has been enriched with Glycolic Acid, Prickly Pear and Lemongrass Oil to moisturize intensely and exfoliate gently. Our top tip? Use it weekly as a treatment mask for an extra dose of radiance.

Intensive Eye Cream, £3.99, Aldi

Aldi hasn’t forgotten the important of our eyes when it comes to skincare. Packed with must-have ingredients like Vitamin A, C and E as well as Pro-Vitamin B5, this eye cream hydrates, smooths and (the biggie) diminishes fine lines.

Multi-Peptide Moisturiser, £6.99, Aldi

A moisturiser that improves skin tone, texture, elasticity and aids anti-aging isn’t a simple affair, and, with a combination of seven peptides, proteins, nutrients and Waterlily extract, this gel-cream is suitably complex but simply effective.
