Last summer saw the arrival of the hanging egg chair into gardens across Britain and retailers including Aldi, B&M, Argos and Studio have already released new designs of the statement garden furniture ahead of this summer.
This year, however, it is all about the hanging rope chair. Just last month, budget retailer B&M released their own hanging macrame chair that was a steal compared to others on the market. At just £30, it was a great alternative to more expensive hanging seats from the likes of Urban Outfitters and now Aldi has cottoned onto the craze too and launched its very own hanging rope chair.
Priced at £39.99, it’s a touch cheaper than the famous Aldi egg chair that has sold more times than we can count. If you missed it, however, the release of the hanging rope chair is a brilliant alternative for the garden.
When Aldi’s hanging rope chair launched just before the late May Bank Holiday it sold out fast but now it’s back and with the sun shining, there has never been a better time to invest in your outdoor space and invite loved ones around to put their feet up, literally, in the hanging chair.
Be warned though, considering how quickly the Aldi egg chair sold out, we’d recommend moving fast as it’s bound to sell out again.
Oh and while you’re there, don’t miss the other items on our Aldi wishlist either. From an outdoor EPSON Film Projector for movie nights to a 2 in 1 Grill & Firepit for cosying up in the evening and string bistro chairs priced at just £24.99, the Aldi’s SpecialBuys aisle really is worth a (virtual) visit!
