Peelings from 3 potatoes
2 tsp olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and line a baking sheet with baking parchment.
- Toss the peelings with the oil and sprinkle with salt. Arrange in a single layer on the sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until crisp.
