Her stint as co-presenter on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! has just come to an end, leaving fans asking one very important question: when will Holly Willoughby be back on This Morning?
The star has presented the ITV morning show alongside Phillip Schofield for almost ten years, and viewers can’t wait to see her return to her usual role now that her time in the jungle is over. But according to Phillip, they’ve got a little while to wait before the duo are reunited.
When one follower tweeted the presenter to ask when he and Holly would be back on air together, Phillip replied: ‘Nope, she can’t get back in time, the first time we’re on telly together is @dancingonice in the new year.’

The news will proved bittersweet to Holly’s dedicated audience, with many saying they hoped she’d be back in 2018.
‘I thought she was back for Christmas too… what a shame… it won’t be the same love your Xmas shows together,’ wrote a disappointed viewer, while another asked: ‘Oh could you not do 1 this morning show before Christmas?! Can’t wait to see you both back together.’
However, many did also comment that Rochelle Humes, who has been taking on the role while Holly has been done, has been doing a fabulous job too. ‘Rochelle has been brilliant in Holly’s absence,’ posted one.
Speaking to YOU earlier this year, Holly opened up about her close relationship with Phillip, saying: ‘Phil’s more my office sibling than office husband. We’re morphing into one person: we say the same thing at the same time and it’s like, “Eurgh, get out of my head!”’
‘It’s always been that way. We have the same family values, we like to have a laugh and a drink but we’re actually both quite lazy.’
‘I didn’t expect to enjoy my work as much as I do and when you enjoy something it’s hard to say no. But I could sit on the sofa and do nothing for weeks. I’d watch telly, I’d eat, I’d go online, I’d be so happy!’
However, based on her current schedule, it doesn’t look like Holly will have much time for being ‘lazy’ just yet…
