Just when you think that Boots has every health and beauty item you could possibly need under one roof, it goes and expands its offering even further.
Joining the shelves as of today is a range of haircare products that have received rave reviews from customers who’ve already put them to the test: Waterman’s Grow Me shampoo, one bottle of which sells every 30 seconds, and the brand’s accompanying conditioner and ‘elixir‘, a no-rinse, leave-in hair growth serum that you apply directly to your scalp to give your follicles a boost.
The brainchild of husband and wife team Matt and Gail Waterman, the line was founded in 2014 and has gained a cult following, particularly amongst people with thinning hair who swear by its biotin, caffeine and argan oil-infused formulas.
The shampoo is clinically proven to strengthen hair follicles, improves scalp circulation and increase hair density, designed to tackle the kind of hair loss that founders Matt and Gail had both experienced personally.
Matt commented on the high-street expansion: ‘We are excited that are products are now available in Boots. Watermans were already available on Amazon but now to expand to Boots has made me and Gail even more thrilled.’
As he notes, the collection has already proved incredibly popular with shoppers on Amazon, with the Watermans shampoo and conditioner combo pack (£24.50) listed as one of the outlet’s bestsellers, a reputation that’s backed up by more than 500 5* reviews.
‘I love the smell of it and my hair has grown longer length-wise too. I have even found my scalp condition has improved,’ said one impressed purchaser. ‘100 per cent worth the money and would recommend this shampoo to anybody who has hair loss problems.’
‘Wow, I’m amazed. After suffering hair loss and breakage for roughly two years someone recommended this product,’ said another. ‘Thank god they did. Only been using it a few weeks and my hair is no longer falling out and seems to be growing quicker than before. I would certainly recommend it.’
At the moment, the line is only stocked on the Boots website, but if you prefer to buy yours in person? It’s also coming to the physical shops in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled the next time you’re in store – and don’t forget your new digital Boots Advantage card to pick up your points as well!
