Welcome to The Lightbox, your weekly roundup of what we’re talking about at YOU by our very own Editorial Assistant, Charlotte Vossen. This week, we’re dozing off to the Headspace Guide to Sleep on Netflix, enjoying Italian food at Eataly in London and splurging on Massimo Dutti’s new body care line.
Visit: Eataly in London
Italian food lovers, rejoice. Eataly, the world’s largest Italian food market and restaurant concept, just opened the doors of its first location in the UK. With cured meat and cheese counters, a sweet shop, a wine cellar carrying over two thousand labels and plenty of take-away eateries all under one roof, this 42,000 sq. ft food haven is worth a trip to London. The indoor restaurants and cookery school are set to open at the end of May, in line with government guidelines, so for now just head to La Terrazza di Eataly for some fresh pizza or pasta and an Aperol Spritz. Splurge: Massimo Dutti’s Body Care Collection
High street favourite Massimo Dutti is dipping into the world of self-care with a new beauty line. Launching with six products – a hand and body wash, a hand and body lotion, a hand cream, a soap bar, a cleansing gel and an eau de parfum – the Body Care Collection is every minimalist’s dream. The sleek, modern packaging – think Byredo but less expensive – will sit beautifully on your bathroom shelves and the four unisex scents – White Tulip & Barley, Chamomile & Sandalwood, Cotton & Green Sage, and Juniper Berry & Ginger – will make it hard to pick a favourite. From £9.95, Massimo Dutti
Watch: Headspace Guide to Sleep on Netflix
If you’re looking for a podcast with visuals to doze off to, then Headspace Guide to Sleep, the second in a three-series partnership between the mindfulness platform and Vox Media Studios, should be on your list. Over the course of seven episodes, the series takes a deeper look at our relationship with sleep and explores the reasons why we can’t, such as insomnia, stress, our phones and sleeping pills. At the end of each episode, narrator and meditation expert Eve Lewis Prieto guides you through a wind-down to help you drift off. Headspace Guide to Sleep is now streaming on Netflix
Recreate: Vanessa Kirby’s 2021 Oscars beauty look

Nominated for an Academy Award for her role in Pieces of a Woman, Vanessa Kirby stunned at the Oscars on Sunday night in head-to-toe Gucci. The actress was dressed in a pale pink strapless gown by the Italian fashion house, while her makeup focussed on dewy skin, bold eyebrows and a dramatic red lip that caught our attention. A quick scroll on her makeup artist Jo Baker’s Instagram tells us that she only used Gucci Beauty. While most of the products mentioned are on the pricier side, we would say the matte Rouge à Lèvres in shade 502 ‘Eadie Scarlet’ is definitely worth investing in.
Drink: Masons Of Yorkshire’s Pink Grapefruit & Cucumber Gin
The collection of bottles on our bar cart just keeps growing and trust us, Masons latest gin is one you’ll want to add. With crisp notes of juniper and pink grapefruit to balance out the cooling cucumber, it’s the perfect ingredient for a summer drink. You can keep things simple and just add ice, tonic water and a wedge of your favourite citrus fruit for the perfect G&T, or mix 150ml of the gin into a summer punch cocktail with 150ml Martini Rosso, 400ml elderflower pressé, 15ml rose water and chunks of grapefruit and lime. £34, Masons Of Yorkshire
