If there’s one passion lockdown did instil in us, it’s a love of loungewear, with sales of hoodies, joggers and loungewear sets rocketing over the past couple of years.
While high street retailers struggled to shift shirts, tailoring and partywear, comfy clothes were a real success story, and our favourite brands have all responded in turn. From luxurious cashmere sets to bright sweatshirt-and-jogger co-ords, there’s something out there to suit every taste and budget.
While we may be rediscovering our former lives – heading to the office and socialising once more – we’re definitely not prepared to let go of our loungewear just yet. With cosy evenings drawing in and plunging temperatures making us all the more tempted to curl up and stay inside at weekends, comfy clothes are now a substantial and essential part of our wardrobes.
With this in mind, we’ve rounded up our favourite loungewear sets for 2022. Whether you’re buying them as a gift, or just treating yourself, there’s bound to be something that catches your eye.
