Lorraine Kelly isn’t the only TV presenter who’s made us want to hit the shops recently. Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid has been on a roll, wearing three different high-street hits in the last week alone. And they’re all under £100.
First up, was a Monday blues-busting sunshine yellow and white striped wiggle dress from J by Jasper Conran (stocked at Debenhams). The vintage-inspired piece – which Susanna paired with sharp but summery white heels – has a v-neck and short sleeves, with splits at the front and back of the hem. Reduced from £59 to £44.25, the good news is it’s currently available in all sizes from 8-20.
Susanna followed this up on Wednesday with a floral Marks & Spencer dress with wide bell sleeves and a flared skirt. A tropical-feel flower print pops against the black fabric (and the white heels from Monday looked great with this too). The jacquard dress is £45, and is flatteringly ruched around the waist. It is currently available online from size 6-24.
Finally, on Thursday she wore another M&S hit, a lace shift with pretty cap sleeves in shades of navy, cream and cornflower blue. Susanna’s silver stilettos gave it a bit of an edge. The tailored, body-con piece is available in regular and long lengths, and in their petite and fuller-bust range – so not matter your shape you can find your perfect fit. It’s the most expensive piece of her high street wardrobe, at £79. The M&S website notes that this is a fast-selling piece, so you might want to move quickly…
47-year-old Susanna has been co-hosting Good Morning Britain since its launch in 2014. She also helps put together the wardrobes of Susanna’s GMB colleagues Kate Garraway, Charlotte Hawkins and Laura Tobin. Debbie clearly has a knack for snapping up a high street hero piece.
