While most of us our stuck inside our houses for the majority of the day at the moment, the current social isolation rules (and therefore the closure of all gyms and fitness studios) are leading to an array of celebrities and fitness influencers releasing free online at-home workouts to follow along to from your living room.
The latest celebrity to do so is Strictly Come Dancing‘s Dianne Buswell, who is uploading regular dance lessons to her Instagram account for fans to join in with. So far there have been tutorials for jive, Charleston and cha cha/hip hop routines, as well as a creative dance incorporating a football. Her upbeat 10 minute lessons are a great way to get you moving in the middle of the day and by the end of it, you’ll even have some new moves!
If you’re getting tired of pounding the pavements or doing countless ab crunches at home, Dianne’s quick dance lessons can provide a different way to get your daily exercise in – not only is dancing a fantastic way to get your heart rate up, it’s fun too!

One of the Strictly star’s dances was set to Beyoncé’s ‘Single Ladies’ tune, which got a lot of love on Instagram, with the comments reading: ‘Yayy!! I love this so much! I love these dance tutorials they put the biggest smile on my face can’t wait to learn this xxx’ and ‘i loveeee that you’re doing this??’.
