It’s not long now before the fourth season of Selling Sunset lands on Netflix and we are so ready for it. Who knew watching glamorous people try to sell houses in Los Angeles to billionaires would be such a huge hit? And now, fans of the show will be pleased to know that Selling Sunset is about to offer up even more TV gold, in the form of a just-announced new show.
The Selling Sunset spin-off will be based in Orange County, California, and will star Jason Oppenheim of real estate firm the Oppenheim group, which he owns with his twin brother Brett.
Filming for this new show is reportedly already underway and will focus on Jason’s decision to expand the business. According to Variety, we will get to watch Jason embark on his mission to open a second office in Newport Beach, which is located in southern California.
On the website for the Oppenheim Group, it lists Selling Sunset star Heather Young as a member of the Newport Beach team. But don’t worry, the recently married Heather will still be working in the West Hollywood branch, too. Although she may be working as part of the new team, it’s been said that Heather won’t be a part of the spin-off.
We might, however, see Chrishell Stause star in the spin-off show, considering it was revealed earlier this year that she had started dating Jason Oppenheim.
Until we get more of an insight, we can only hope Chrishell will be making appearances in the spin-off show and that we’ll get to see more of their budding relationship.
Chrishell opened up about her relationship with Jason to Cosmopolitan, revealing that the couple exposed their relationship ‘a little earlier than I would’ve liked to’ because they felt they were ‘about to be outed by paparazzi photos’.
We can’t wait to see what else is in store! Stay tuned for more updates…
