If you are thinking ahead to summer vacations but have not quite got your body – or mind – in tune, then do not despair as the Sanderson Hotel in London has just unveiled a brand new multi-element wellbeing experience packed full of nutrition, body and mind and fitness elements, which are set to bring your karma and health back down to earth with (a gentle) bang.
The overall package offers a replenishing Wellbeing menu curated by health consultant Karen Cummings-Palmer and is designed to ‘feed faces and fuel bodies’, focusing on multi-tasking ingredients, which are included in dishes such as their protein-rich Teff Probiotic Bowl and the Vitamin C-packed Seaweed Super Salad (amongst other options): both enhance the skin’s luminosity and also increase energy levels.
As one of the top experts in the industry and official nutritionist partner for agua Spa at Sanderson, Karen will also be offering her ‘Check In, Check Up’ 60 minute health consultations and follow-up Skype sessions, as part of the Wellbeing Package, while guests will also be treated to the ‘de Mamiel Elixir Experience’ – a 60 minute treatment created by globally renowned acupuncturist, Annee de Mamiel, which has been specially created to combat the damaging effects of environmental stress by rejuvenating the skin.
Guests who book in for the Sanderson Wellbeing package – which is available now – can enjoy the following:
An overnight stay for two people with a complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability).
A healthy breakfast for two including sugar-free granola, fresh fruit smoothies and cold press coffee.
Two course lunch or dinner from the Wellbeing Menu for two people, served in-room or in agua Spa.
‘Check In, Check Up’ package with top nutritionist Karen Cummings-Palmer
60-minute ‘de Mamiel Elixir Experience’ from Annee de Mamiel’s new Atmosphériques collection
The package is priced from £745 and is available until 31 August 2016, based on two people sharing a room and one person partaking in the nutritionist sessions and Elixir Experience.
Additional treatments, including personal training sessions with Jamie Baird, are also available upon request. For more information visit sandersonlondon.com.
