Olly Smith’s poinsettia cocktail recipe

This is so simple to make and is an easy recipe to customise to your own taste – add a little more fizz for a lighter flourish, or a little less if it’s richness you’re after.

GARNISH Fresh cranberries
EQUIPMENT Long bar spoon

15ml Cointreau
30ml cranberry juice
Champagne, to top

  1. Add the Cointreau and cranberry juice to a chilled glass.
  2. Stir to combine. Top with Champagne.
  3. Garnish with fresh cranberries.

TIP Because this drink isn’t traditionally served over ice, make sure that all the ingredients are well chilled in advance.
