We’ve all seen the headlines about a certain Zara white polka dot dress, but the outfit wasn’t the only spotty style to spark an instant sellout this summer.
New Look designed a similar monochrome printed dress that caused just as much of a frenzy amongst fashion lovers, flying out of stock multiple times and ending up being spotted (pardon the pun) on hundreds of Instagram feeds across the country.
To the surprise of absolutely no one, the original version of the dress has now almost completely disappeared from the rails, with only two sizes remaining available on the New Look website.
But if they’re not your sizes, despair not, as New Look has just reintroduced the exact same silhouette in a great new colourway: black and red.
The second incarnation boasts the flattering sleeve length, peekaboo slit and cinched waist of the first, only with an equally chic, but more autumnal palette.
We can see it teamed with anything from trainers or strappy heels, and even ankle boots when the weather finally cools down, making it the perfect versatile addition to any wardrobe.
And the best thing of all? New Look has matched the price, so the piece will still only set you back £27.99.
Be warned though; the dress has already been badged with the dreaded ‘selling fast’ logo, so if you want to get one of your own, we’d recommend doing it sooner rather than later…
