While people are embracing their inner mixologist and finessing their at-home cocktail making skills, those who are less inclined to put in the effort needn’t miss out either, thanks to the wonder that is the cocktail in a can.
M&S have done a great range of these for a good few years now, including an aperitivo spritzer and a blackberry gin bramble, but the even better news is that they’ve just expanded the range to include a fresh spin on a classic bar order and trust us, you’re going to want to try it.
The new canned cocktail in question is called a pink passion star martini. Inspired by the classic cocktail, a pornstar martini, M&S already sell a regular passion star martini in a can, but this new offering sees the drink turn pink – what’s not to love about that?

Just like the original, this new pink version draws on the same ingredients you’d use to create a classic pornstar martini – sweet passion fruit juice, vanilla flavouring and two measures of vodka come together to recreate the cocktail – but with an added splash of tart raspberries to give a fresh and fruity twist reminiscent of raspberry ripple ice cream.
Priced at £2 for one 250ml can, the pink passion star martini is available now and we predict another hit is on M&S’s hands.
