Following the successful launch of M&S’s Boutique lingerie last year, the brand is spoiling us with one of the prettiest lingerie edits we’ve seen for SS21.
Created by guest designer, Damaris Evans, in collaboration with M&S’s in-house lingerie design team, the Boutique x Damaris lingerie collection is a celebration of British design with Damaris’ creative flair.
Damaris is the founder of luxury lingerie labels Damaris and Mimi Holliday and has now designed an 8-piece edit for the high-street retailer which is inclusive in both shape and size.
Featuring a soft apricot mesh, with vibrant yellow pops of delicate lace look embroidery, the collection combines the fun, flirty aesthetic, synonymous with M&S’s Boutique brand, with Damaris’s signature style of playful colour combinations.
Speaking about the collaboration, Damaris said, ‘Since the launch of my collections in 2001, I have dreamed of collaborating with M&S, to contribute high fashion design for the iconic brand that resonates with so many women I speak to. Most of us have owned a piece of lingerie from the brand at some point in our lives, so it’s a privilege to become part of that history. Working alongside the incredibly talented in-house team has been a fun and exciting partnership, and I love everything the Boutique brand encompasses. We have all worked hard to deliver an inclusive collection that incorporates my fashion-forward handwriting with the fun and flirty Boutique aesthetic. I hope you enjoy wearing it as much as we all enjoyed creating it!’
The first capsule edit includes; a longline bralette, padded and non-padded bras, high and low-rise knickers, a versatile cami set, and a gorgeous suspender to complete the look.
