Christmas will most probably look a bit different this year for all of us, but however, wherever and with whoever we celebrate the festive period, we want to do it in style. And M&S’s latest drop of Christmas looks are a surefire way to do that – plus they have the Holly Willoughby seal of approval and she’s shown us exactly how to style them.
The polka dot knit
First up is this gorgeous white and black polka dot jumper – made from recycled polyester, it’s as cosy as it is playful – all we need now is a roaring fire and a good book to curl up with. Holly’s gone for a relaxed look with dark blue wash jeans, but this would also look great tucked into a pleated midi skirt with heels.
The Fair Isle knit
This Fair Isle knit oozes all the festive feels – the relaxed fit gives a comfortable and roomy feel, while the subtle dash of sparkle in the design gives just the right amount of Christmas without shouting it in your face. Holly’s styled hers with black straight leg jeans and the must-have boot of the season, the hiker boot. The ultimate snuggly Christmas Day number.
The sequin skirt
M&S says: ‘Sparkles are the order of the day for the rest of this year (even if we can only wear them around the house), and we won’t hear otherwise.’ And we’re inclined to agree – what could put you in an instant better mood right now than swishing around in a sequin skirt? Holly’s teamed hers with black court heels and a simple crew neck thin knit jumper, but if you want to team yours with fuzzy slippers for a Zoom quarantini with the girls, we won’t judge.
The argyle knit
Go bold in this geometric-style argyle-inspired knit jumper – this one’s more fitted for a sleeker, flattering look and made from a soft-touch yarn for a super snug feel against your skin.
