Lorraine Kelly is an endless style icon, and her ensembles for live TV continue to impress. In particular, it’s her penchant for high street hits that makes her so lovable – Lorraine is no stranger to an M&S number, or something from the likes of & Other Stories or Topshop.
Recently, however, she’s been favouring Zara, and her fans have in particular been going wild for the vibrant green pleated jumpsuit she wore on Wednesday (8 January). After debuting the look on her eponymous ITV show, Lorraine also shared a full-length #OOTD pic on her Instagram account, and that’s when the compliments really started to roll in.
Fans couldn’t get enough of her outfit, leaving comments in the dozens. They notably commented how much the emerald shade really suited Lorraine: ‘You looked amazing today and YES green definitely suits you ??,’ said one, while another wrote: ‘Beautiful outfit you really suit that colour.’
‘You are a great advertisement for ladies turning 60,’ added a third. ‘Love Zara!’
The quirky green jumpsuit costs just £49.99, and is a great, purse-friendly option for fuss-free transeasonal dressing. The flattering silhouette features pleated wide legs, sheer sleeves complete with cuffs, and a belt which nips in at the waist loosely.
It also has a slightly cropped length, which makes it perfect for wearing with knee-high boots, as well as heels as Lorraine has done. She opted for some nude heeled court shoes by Whistles, which are unfortunately now sold out, but you can always find a similar dupe for a classic shape and hue from your own favourite footwear brand.
Zara’s design comes in six sizes, from XS to XXL; XL and XXL are currently out of stock, but the other sizes are available to snap up on Zara’s website.
We’ll race you to the checkout before the rest of Lorraine’s fans beat us to them!
