It’s January, which means fitness is on the agenda for many of us. And with further lockdowns taking place across the UK, which means gyms staying shut, home gym equipment is a must if you’re looking to get in shape at home.
While a home gym might sound like something that costs thousands of pounds, Lidl’s latest range of fitness equipment proves that you can get everything you need for completing effective home workouts without breaking the bank – whether it’s for some calming yoga sessions or sweaty living room HIIT workouts.
Dropping in stores from 7 January, the budget home gym range of Lidl fitness equipment includes everything from workout equipment to accessories and recovery. Kettlebells weighing 4kg and 6kg are £4.99 each, while the abdominal roller is just £2.99.
An exercise mat is essential, and Lidl’s one costs just £5.99 – a price you’ll find hard to match anywhere else.
No weights? No problem, Lidl’s resistance band set costs £4.99 and even bears illustrations of suggested exercises to use them for.
Recovery is just as important as the workout itself, so it’s worth investing in the Crivit foam roller (£4.99) or even the £49.99 handheld massager to work deep into the muscles.
To keep motivation during your workout, the Skullcandy wireless bluetooth headphones should do the trick, and they only cost £29.99 at Lidl (RRP is £34.99).
It’s not just fitness equipment and accessories though; Lidl is also launching a range of activewear spanning trainers, a hoodie, leggings and a sports bra.
The Lidl fitness equipment and sportswear clothing ranges will both be available to shop in Lidl stores from Thursday 7 January – but as with all Middle of Lidl products, you’ll have to be fast as once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Looking for more fitness equipment? Rival budget supermarket Aldi has also just launched their own fantastic range of home gym equipment and exercise accessories. You’ll be smashing your fitness goals in no time…
