The spring/summer season is the best time to revamp your home, with new interior trends popping up at every turn. While some of this year’s top homeware designs include a tie-die revival, crystal details, and of course, animal prints, there’s one interior must-have that seems like it will never go out of fashion – plants.
Whether you love covering your entire home with them for a jungle-esque vibe, or enjoy a subtle little placement for a hint of nature, the addition of a plant or two is the simplest way to brighten up any room. And thanks to Lidl, they won’t even cost you a fortune.
The purse-friendly supermarket is now selling a range of air purifying plants with prices starting from as a little as just £2.79. The new collection of mini plants are not only adorable but the hardworking shrubs are said to keep the air in your home toxin-free, all while adding a touch of nature to indoor spaces.
Lidl shoppers can take their pick of a selection of plants that can reduce humidity, the level of certain pollutants and improve air quality naturally for their homes or offices. Each plant includes a range of popular materials such as Aloe Vera, the Areca Palm (Dypsis lutescens) and the Spider Plant (Chlorophytum variegatum).
The new plants will be available in Lidl stores from Sunday 14 April while stocks last. So if, like us, you love a bit of greenery at home, get in there will you can.
However, this isn’t the only exciting Lidl launch this month. Last week, the supermarket unveiled a brand new wine that tastes like hot cross buns in time for Easter. The Moscatel Reserva de Familia is sold for just £6.99 per bottle and is made with notes of raisin and fig – much of why they are reminiscent of the traditional Easter treats, which are loved for their combination of sweet and spiced flavours.
We don’t know about you, but we’re certainly temped.
