Kate Middleton’s versatile camel jumper is from the high-street and still in stock

Kate Middleton and husband Prince William have been on a series of official engagements in the past week or so, and as ever, we’ve been keeping one eye on The Duchess’ outfits, particualrly so because of her penchant for Boden.

Her most recent engagement, saw her visiting the Newham Ambulance Station in London, where she and William spoke to ambulance staff and paramedics about their personal experiences of the pandemic. And for the occasion, Kate rocked a sophisticated camel-toned outfit, including a high street jumper that’s currently still in stock.

The Sophie Knitted Roll Neck Top in Camel costs £95, which is an investment for knitwear but also reasonable when you consider just how versatile the piece is. With its camel hue, high neck, and fitted design, this truly is a wardrobe staple you’ll return to year on year, both in the autumn and winter months. It can also be worn during the transition into Spring, as Kate clearly showed with her elegant outfit.

The jumper is made from 40% Nylon, 33% Wool, and 27% Alpaca, and is a delicate hand-wash only item that needs to be treated with care. It’s currently available online at Reiss’ website in most sizes, but given that Kate just wore it, we predict a sell-out status incoming. If that does happen, you’ll be pleased to hear that the piece also comes in other colours, including a classic black and a chic navy.

Along with the gorgeous jumper, Kate also wore some other notable pieces that completed her tonal look. These included her Massimo Dutti coat, a leopard print Zara skirt, a suede Metier ‘Roma’ handbag, and her trusty Amaia Kids face mask, which appears to be her favourite design.

The Royal also finished off her look with a touch of sparkle in the form of her Kiki McDonough citrine drop earrings.

She has been spotted in these before, and while they’re not cheap (£550 a pop), Kate has also been spotted in this pair of Orelia earrings that are a much more affordable £15.
