Whenever there’s a chance to mimic the Duchess of Cambridge’s style, we take it. From her affordable high street steals to designer numbers, Kate has caused countless items to sell out by wearing them just once.
Okay, so her designer outfits might not be within the average person’s price range, but that’s why we search the stores high and low to find alternative, purse-friendly dupes. And considering how much of an influence the Duchess is, it’s usually not too difficult to find them.
Cast your mind back to March last year – schools had just reopened after being closed during the winter lockdown. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took the opportunity to visit School21 in Stratford, East London, to promote Kate’s initiative called Mentally Healthy Schools, which she started in 2018.
Kate wowed fans as usual, dressed in a bright pink coat from Max & Co. Underneath, she wore a matching pink scalloped jumper from Boden, which inevitably sold out.
