11 of the best pieces from John Lewis’ new A/W 20 collection

With autumn right around the corner, we’re seeing an influx of A/W clothing collections launching in some of our favourite stores at present. It’s well and truly time to build our autumnal wardrobes, so these exciting new drops have arrived at the perfect moment.

One retailer that always serves up the goods is John Lewis & Partners, which as well as its namesake brand, sells a eclectic mix of womenswear from some of the best in fashion. This year will be no different, with the retailer focusing on launches from three of their coolest new in-house brands as well as their own label John Lewis & Partners drops.

Launching throughout the week this week, the autumn/winter buys will focus on the following three collections, as well as John Lewis’ namesake brand: Kin, AND/OR, and Modern Rarity.

Kin is a unique edit that combines Japanese and Scandinavian culture and design aesthetics, and is known for its oversized shapes and graphic prints. The A/W collection works to modernise and re-work key silhouettes in a contemporary yet timeless way.

AND OR is best known for its sustainable denim, but it has a lot more to offer than just a few pairs of jeans. The range has a playful, carefree spirit with an LA feel, and spans across accessories and lingerie, as well as clothing.

Finally, Modern Rarity promises to ‘redefine luxe’ for the modern woman, and is proud to move away from disposable, fast fashion, promoting the idea that it’s quality — not quantity — that matters.
