This is the £13 moisturiser behind Lady Gaga’s amazing skin in A Star is Born

If there’s one thing we can’t get enough of, it’s skincare. And as of late, we’ve been spoilt with new, affordable product launch after the other. From No7’s ‘next generation of face masks’ to Primark’s new purse-friendly skincare range, they keep on coming, much to our delight.

And now, there’s yet another hit moisturiser on the market that has already been co-signed by the likes of Lady Gaga, Gwyneth Paltrow and Demi Moore to name a few.

Anyone who spotted Lady Gaga during her press tour for new blockbuster A Star Is Born, would have noticed just how flawless her skin looked. Well apparently, that’s all thanks to one product – the Embryolisse Moisturising Cream Lait-Crème Concentrè.

According to the star’s beauty guru, Sarah Tanno, the moisturiser is a huge hit among many A-list women due to its hydrating powers and ability to leave the skin looking and feeling immaculate before applying make-up. In fact, the Embryolisse Moisturising Cream Lait-Crème Concentrè is so popular that it is sold once every 60 seconds.

Sharing her expert tips, Tanno said: ‘Moisturiser is key for everyday wear and to keep the skin hydrated and smooth. My trusty moisturiser of choice has always been Embryolisse. It’s perfect for make-up prep and even works on the most sensitive skin. I always keep this in tow and in-flight.’

Not only is the Embryolisse moisturiser effective, it is also very purse-friendly, with a 75ml bottles priced at £20 and 30ml bottles costing £13 at Boots.

Last month, Lady Gaga revealed that her A Star Is Born co-star and director, Bradley Cooper, banned her from wearing make up during the filming of the movie.

‘It put me right in the place I needed to be, because when my character talks about how ugly she feels — that was real,’ Gaga, who went completely make up free in the film, told the Los Angeles Times. ‘I’m so insecure. I like to preach, but I don’t always practice what I preach.’

A Star Is Born is currently showing in cinemas across the UK.
