The Valentine’s Day gin bouquets that sold out in less than 24 hours are back for 2020

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and there are few things lovelier than receiving a bunch of flowers to mark the occasion. Well, that’s what we thought, until we spied Edinburgh Gin’s genius gin bouquets, which include a bottle and blooms in one glorious package.

The gifts launched last year to the delight of gin fans everywhere, so much so that they sold out in less than 24 hours. So this year, the drinks brand has once again partnered with MUD Urban Flowers to launch not just one but three options for 2020, in order to keep up with demand.

Each limited-edition, hand-tied design mirrors the botanicals in the three gins, showcasing components like pinecones, citrus, lavender and rhubarb, as well as foliage like eucalyptus and herbs.

First up is the classic bouquet, mirroring the same clean, fruity recipe of Edinburgh Gin’s original recipe, with a flurry of roses, carnations, and dried orange above a 70cl bottle of gin.

For something a little more romantic, you can opt for the Valentine’s bouquet, which combines pink gin with daisies, roses and lavender. If you’re not buying a gift for a partner for 14 February, this Instagrammable display would go down just as well with your Galentines too.

But don’t make your decision just yet, as you may prefer the Rhubarb & Ginger Bouquet, which comes with roses, carnations and stems of rhubarb and eucalyptus to compliment the gin within; a juniper-rich tipple with fruity, spicy notes.

Whatever you pick, get your order in swiftly, because if last year’s record is anything to go by they’ll be sold out well before the big day itself.

They’re ready to shop now, and once you’ve added to basket, you’ll be given a two-hour delivery slot for Valentine’s Day to ensure that your bouquet gets to your recipient on time. We can’t imagine any gin lover who wouldn’t be delighted to be handed one of these – and yes, self-gifting is definitely advised, too.
