One of the biggest cult skincare brands is finally coming to the UK

If you’re a beauty lover, you’ll agree that nothing feels quite as good as discovering a new, cult brand. And on that note, allow us to introduce you to Drunk Elephant – the hit American skincare brand coming to the UK at last.

You may have already seen some of Drunk Elephant’s products floating around on Instagram. The brand is a huge hit among influencers and beauty experts for a number of reasons, the most obvious one being their gorgeous packaging and quirky product names.

Known for their¬†clean and clinical formulations – they stay clear of controversial ingredients such as SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) essential oils and fragrance – Drunk Elephant, founded by Tiffany Masterson, has become the bestselling brand at Sephora since launching in 2013. However, we Brits have found it hard to get our hands on the popular products since Sephora stopped shipping to the UK. Now, that’s all about to change.

Earlier this year, beauty expert Caroline Hirons revealed that Drunk Elephant would be launching in the UK this year via SpaceNK, and on Wednesday (5 September) Instagram news page FYI Beauty highlighted that an official Drunk Elephant UK website, drunkelephant.co.uk, had been set up.

As you can expect pre-launch, the website is pretty bare at the moment. Made up of the brands signature pink, grey and yellow colours, the homepage features a cryptic message that reads: ‘It‚Äôs nearly time to fall Drunk In Love in the U.K’

As for when exactly we can expect the release?¬†While no exact date has been set, the launch could be any day now, so keep your eyes peeled. Drunk Elephant receives constant rave for everything from heir face masks to night serums, so we predict it’ll be incredibly popular when it lands.

The brand prides itself on using biocompatible ingredients (which aren’t harmful or toxic to living tissue) and have made the ethos their unique selling point. ‘We don’t care at all about smelling pretty or changing the look or feel of our ingredients, we just let them be what they are naturally,’ it says on their website.

Our skin feels healthier already!
