Enjoy a shard of this marbled Creme Egg chocolate bark with a cup of coffee, or as an after-dinner treat. This recipe is a fun option to make with kids.
Prep time 15 minutes, plus chilling
100g dark chocolate
100g milk chocolate
150g white chocolate
Yellow food colouring
2 Creme Eggs
1. Melt the 3 chocolates in separate bowls in the microwave on a medium heat or over a pan of gently simmering water.
2. Line a shallow baking tin, 20cm x 30cm with baking parchment.
3. Spoon the dark, milk and half the white chocolate onto the baking parchment in alternating spoonfuls, then colour the remaining white chocolate yellow and spoon that in amongst the other 3 chocolates. With the tip of rounded knife gently stir the chocolates into one another in decorative swirls.
4. Cut the Creme Eggs into pieces and dot onto the melted chocolate. Leave to set in the fridge for an hour or two then break into shards.
