Christine Lampard always looks great but this season, she’s been nailing the biggest trends consistently, one after the other.
Every week she’s been stepping out in the most gorgeous autumnal outfits. It was just days ago that we were all fixated on her silky Monsoon midi skirt, and this week, she is making fashion headlines once again with a pair of chic Marks & Spencer trousers.
The TV presenter recently shared an image of herself wearing a gorgeous pair of brown wide-leg trousers on Instagram and fans couldn’t get enough of the look.
Not that we’re surprised at the positive response – brown is the new black when it comes to smart dressing, and seems to automatically makes everything look more luxurious, meaning that a high street purchase pass for an upscale designer piece.
This was certainly the case with Christine’s trousers too – despite the fact that they look like they’d come with a hefty price tag, you can actually get your hands on the exact pair for just £39.50 at M&S.
Sadly, we can’t quite say the same for her blouse. The mother-of-one styled the popular trousers with a mustard-coloured blouse by luxury brand The Fold, and although it’s currently part of a seasonal sale, it’s still retailing for £125, down from its original RRP of £185.
However, that’s not to say you can’t find a high-street dupe for less if you would like to replicate Christine’s entire look.
The ‘High Waist Wide Leg Trousers’ are currently available on the M&S website in various sizes, though both the short and long versions are selling out rapidly.
Christine, who wore the outfit as she stepped in for Lorraine Kelly to host her breakfast show, Lorraine, wrote a fitting caption for her outfit post which read: ‘Morning Wednesday! Autumn feels today ?’.
Her comments were soon flooded with viewers praising her chic, seasonal look: ‘Great outfit ?,’ one follower wrote, while another said, ‘Fab colour combo, gorgeous. Going to look for those trousers deffo ?’.
