Pop sensation and mum-of-one Cheryl has revealed one of the secrets to her post-baby beauty routine – and it’s something that works from the inside out.
Speaking to HELLO! magazine, the 34-year-old opened up about the lifestyle choices she’d been making after giving birth to son Bear in May 2017, explaining how a particular supplement had been at the centre of her new regime.
‘They’re called Lumity. Honestly, they’re amazing,’ she said. ‘And they aid sleep because your body’s getting what it needs. I also had a bit of hair loss after pregnancy and the supplements have really helped with that.’
Lumity Day & Night Nutritional Supplements cost £76.50 on a four-week subscription programme, or £90 for a single purchase.
The two-step formula, which contains vitamins C and E, Selenium and Zinc, as well as Omega 3s and amino acids, supports health and vitality through ‘inner nutrition’. It is said to be particularly good for your hair, nails and skin, as well as – as Cheryl reports – boosting energy levels and improving sleep.
Cheryl isn’t the only star to confess her love for Lumity – back in 2016, supermodel Yasmin Le Bon told YOU that she also takes the tablets as part of her ‘toolbox’, saying: ‘I don’t believe in any magic pill; I believe in a much more holistic approach – you’ve got to tackle the body and the mind.
‘But I noticed that with Lumity I was sleeping better (and that I even wanted to go to sleep in the first place), that I was feeling calm at a time in my life when I’m not supposed to be. I am very hormonal, but I have been on a surprisingly even keel, more so than I have ever been, which is extraordinary because it’s not meant to be like that.’
Former Spice Girl Mel C, Olympian Rebecca Adlington and TV presenter Kate Thornton are also amongst those who swear by the supplement.
‘I was very excited to discover Lumity – I’m really surprised how well I’ve been sleeping and how my energy is up at such a busy time,’ said Mel.
