The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge only started their royal tour of the Caribbean a few days ago, but Kate has already been serving up knock-out look after knock-out look, such as her gorgeous Tory Burch shirred dress, which she accessorised with eye-catching £55 earrings from Sézane.
In Belize the royal couple toured an incredible Mayan monument in the Chiquibul Forest. For the trip, both the Duke and Duchess opted for a casual look in khaki, but, as always, it’s Kate’s chic look that we’re really interested in.

Kate wore a pair of khaki skinny cargo pants teamed with a plain white T-shirt and trusty Superga trainers that we’ve seen her in countless times before. Her trousers are from G-Star Raw and cost £95 – and are currently still available to buy online in most sizes (no doubt they will sell out quickly though).

Cargo pants were a big trend of the noughties and feature heavily in the ‘Y2K’ resurgence that’s popular among younger generations right now. As the generally accepted rule of thumb goes, if you were there the first time, it can be tricky to get behind a nostalgic trend, but at 40 Kate disproves the theory beautifully.
The stylish royal makes the trend work for her by opting for a skinny leg style that helps keep things more chic than street.

High G-Shape Cargo Skinny Pants, £95, G-Star Raw
At under £100, it’s not too bad a price tag for a slice of royally-approved style. However, if that stills feels a snip too high, we’ve found five other pairs of skinny cargo trousers that looks just like the Duchess’ but start from just £17.50…
