Rewind to early 2020 and we can all admit that Bridgerton caught our attention in all sorts of ways. The original season of the show — based on eldest daughter Daphne Bridgerton — will be the first of many exploring each of the children from the family. Next up is Anthony Bridgerton, the eldest son who already had a turbulent journey with love in series one.
But as well as the drama and the very passionate love stories, one thing that the Netflix hit also inspired was a series of fashion and interiors trends; namely Regencycore, inspired by all things Bridgerton. And ever since, fashion fans have been looking for ways to inject a little more Bridgerton into their wardrobes in a modern, wearable way.
Enter: the very first Bridgerton clothing range, which consists of three stunning dress designs that are totally suitable for 21st century life.
The small edit of pieces has been made through a three-way collaboration of the following: clothing brand Hill House, Shondaland (Shonda Rhimes’s production company behind Bridgerton), and Phenomenal, the female-powered creative agency and media brand focused on championing underrepresented communities.
The three dresses within the collection are a part of Hill House’s iconic ‘Nap Dress’ line, which — as its name suggests — is a range of dresses so comfortable you could have a cheeky nap in them. The bad news however is that the pink, purple and white dresses from the Bridgerton range are all sold out already; they flew off the virtual shelves in no time.
However, if you’re keen on bagging a piece of the magic, there are still several cute and casual sweaters on offer with iconic Bridgerton lines branded across the front such as ‘I burn for you,’ and ‘I wish to be entertained.’
There’s also a gorgeous jewelled hair slide still available, which will add a touch of sparkle to any look.
The pieces are priced in dollars, but it looks as though the Bridgerton clothing range does ship to the UK — so long as you’re willing to pay the hefty postage charges!
