Over the past year, M&S have teased us with exclusive collaborations and capsule collections with the likes of Finery London, Ghost and Nobody’s Child. Now, M&S has officially annouced the launch of ‘Brands at M&S’.
The new offering is part of M&S’s Never the Same Again programme which launched last May to draw on learnings from the pandemic and with the aim to adapt its clothing business to be more relevant to customers, including introducing exciting partner brands.
Now for the exciting bit, which brands can we expect to see sold under the banner, ‘Brands at M&S‘? In the first wave of guest brands launching online through March, April and May:
- Finery London
- Selected Femme
- Phase Eight
- White Stuff
- Seasalt Cornwall
In addition to these, Jack & Jones and Selected Homme will be launching menswear and Elle Junior, Russell Athletic, Ben Sherman and Original Penguin will be launching childrenswear under the ‘Brands at M&S’ banner.
Each of these new brands will offer a curated range for M&S that not only showcases their individual style but is complimentary to M&S’s own offerring.
What we’re personally looking forward to, is being introduced to new brands. M&S even revealed that nearly 10% of customers who purchased something from the Nobody’s Child capsule collection (the first brand to launch last Autumn) were new to M&S womenswear. What an introduction!
While we’ll have to wait for April and May to shop the majority of Brands at M&S, the Finery London and Nobody’s Child collection is online already. Here are a couple of our favourite pieces.
