Cast your minds back to April, beauty fans, where you may remember that everyone’s favourite high street beauty retailer Boots launched long-awaited Korean skincare brand Too Cool For School. It was also brought to online retailer LookFantastic, where a record 9000 customers had requested it prior to its arrival. Following its initial success and hype, Boots has now decided to launch a very exciting new collection from Too Cool For School named Lime Caviar – and it sounds absolutely golden.
As its name suggests, the Lime Caviar range (which is completely vegan) uses the Finger Lime, which when opened, resembles caviar. The lime is sourced from Queensland in Australia, where it is known as the ‘jewel of fruits’.
When used in skincare, the mini balls within the Finger Lime really come into their own. Not only do they contain a super high concentration of vitamin C for brightening, they plump the skin with moisture and feature acid that gently exfoliates and removes dead skin cells. In short, the fruit is an excellent all-rounder.
Too Cool For School have also combined the balls from the fruit with a hefty dose of hyaluronic acid for extra hydration and moisture.
If you’re intrigued by the Lime Caviar range, we don’t blame you, and when you hear the prices, we guarantee you’ll be even more excited by this new skincare drop. With everything under £30, the products are all accessible while still providing expert results.
You can shop the collection online at boots.com and in selected stores, but be warned: some of the products, such as the Hydra Moist Cream (which garnered a waiting list of 13,000 in South-East Asia), are already sold out. The toner, essence, and eye cream are all still available at the moment, so get in there quick!
