Benefit Cosmetics is giving away free products if your name is Georgia

Need an extra helping hand getting your spring glow off the ground? Benefit Cosmetics is here to save the day. The brand has just revealed that it’s bringing back one of its most popular products of yesteryear, and it’s just the thing for pepping up tired winter complexions: the much-loved Georgia Golden Peach Blush.

It’s a pan that offers a perfect peachy flush of colour with sheer, warm gold undertones, and since its original launch in the mid noughties, fans have loved the radiance it brings. This latest launch is an updated version of the original, so if you loved it back in the day, chances are you’ll love 2020’s contemporary take on the hue too.

‘For years, customers clamoured for the return of this peachy-keen beauty queen, so we created a fresh, modern version of the original cult-favourite face powder that originally launched in 2004,’ Benefit says of the blusher’s comeback. ‘Meet NEW Georgia blush… she’s a peaches and dream come true!’

The buildable blush consists of a finely-milled powder that adds luminosity without highlighting unwanted texture, and has just a dash of shimmer to give you a sun-kissed, pearly finish. It even has a hint of peachy floral scent that’ll invoke waves of nostalgia every time you open the box.

Initially, Benefit Georgia blusher will be a Lookfantastic exclusive, available to shop now in two sizes – a £14.50 mini and a £27 full-size offering. It will then be made available nationwide on 28 February, and this is when the freebies kick in. If your name is Georgia, on that Friday you can head to any Benefit counter with a form of ID and you’ll receive a mini Georgia blush, no strings attached.

Elsewhere in the range, Benefit is launching two new fan-favourite minis – a more intensely-coloured version of Sugarbomb, its pinker, rosier blush option, and a slightly deeper shade of Dallas, its bestselling bronze-toned twist, both priced at £14.50.

So, if you’re in the market for a little extra luminosity to see you through the grey February days, we certainly know where you can start.
