These days, influencer collaborations are essentially a dime a dozen, but recently some really special ones have been coming along. There’s Jessie Bush’s third Kitri range, for example, along with Lydia Millen’s most recent drop for Karen Millen. And now, much to our delight, uber chic content creator Brittany Bathgate has partnered with contemporary sustainable brand Aligne to create a capsule collection of stylish autumnal buys.
Bathgate — who has nearly half a million followers on Instagram — has worked with the brand to form an AW21 edit that’s packed full of styling options for your new season wardrobe.
The edit is characterised by casual silhouettes, ‘back-to-reality tailoring,’ and a chic, muted colour palette featuring olives, indigos, blacks, and creams. The line — which offers pieces available in sizes 6-16 — is undeniably defined by its outerwear collection, which is extensive.
For example, there’s the gorgeous Ellen Cocoon Coat, which will go with everything and see you through many years to come. At £185, it’s also at a great price point for a high quality coat. It’s been made from deadstock fabric already owned by the brand, making it a more sustainable option for your new winter coat.
For the months leading up to the real winter chill however, there are plenty of lighter options in the form of denim shackets and short quilted numbers.
As well as the outerwear, there is a super fashion-forward checked two piece that comes with a cross-back top and comfortable yet cool midi skirt. Then there’s the gingham Enya Frill Shoulder High Neck Top, which will be a great addition for festive party season, and would look great with some high waisted jeans and heels.
The whole Aligne x Brittany Bathgate line is out now, and is available to shop via Aligne’s website.
