One of these Primark beauty products sells every 3 minutes

Primark may be renowned for its purse-friendly fashion but the high street giant has also become a growing contender in the beauty industry, thanks to its popular make-up and skincare offerings.

One of the brand’s most successful beauty ranges is its skincare collaboration with beauty director Alex Steinherr, which launched last autumn and has since gone on to become a sellout collection.

In fact, new statistics from the retailer has revealed just how in demand the products are and it’s safe to say we can’t get enough of them. According to Primark, the products in the range are sold every three minutes.

And it’s little wonder why – thanks to the genius collaboration, shoppers can get their hands on everything from moisturisers and masks to cleansers and eye creams, all for under a tenner. Talk about a bargain!

The entire range consists of 20 pieces including a Plump & Glow Facial In A Stick (£5), a Pore Balance Rescue Stickers (£3), a Pollution Solution City Mask (£3) and a Pollution Solution Dual Texture Exfoliating Pads also priced at £5.

At the time of its launch, Alex, who worked closely with Primark to perfect the formulas used in the products, explained to her 190k Instagram followers: ‘I have dedicated my career to sharing the best quality skincare I could find. I’m extremely passionate that everyone deserves beautiful skin, which is why I’ve often been disheartened by some of the cheaper alternatives on the market.’

She added that her line is ‘cruelty-free (it’s CFI certified!), fragrance-free, vegan friendly, it contains no parabens, no phtalates, no essential oils’ and has ‘no sulfates.’

‘What I set out to create is a skincare line that focuses on real skin needs: safe formulas, a blend of innovative & proven ingredients and fresh textures for visible results,’ Alex noted.

Judging by its sales figures, she’s certainly succeeded.
