Part of the supermarket’s Specially Selected range, the stuffing balls are made of mouthwatering British outdoor bred pork mixed with dried fruit, Bramley apple, black pepper and cinnamon but the crowning glory is the pastry cross sitting atop each stuffing ball, making them reminiscent of a hot cross bun.

Selling for £2.29 for a 300g pack and available to nab from stores nationwide from 9 April, keen Aldi shoppers will recognise these Easter-inspired stuffing balls from last year’s seasonal offering from the German supermarket chain, when they were dubbed as ‘hot cross bun flavoured stuffing balls’.
