Just when you think Aldi can’t give us any more goodness (those beauty dupes just keep on coming), they go and bring back the sellout cast iron kitchen range that flies off the shelves every time it comes back into stock – and this time it’s had a revamp for spring.
Customers say Aldi’s cast iron cookware gives ultra-luxe kitchenware brand Le Creuset a serious run for its money, not least because it offers an extremely similar range of colours and shapes as the high-end brand for a fraction of the cost. And seeing as we’re now allowed to show off our lockdown cooking skills to guests at home, in comparison to the situation last year when we couldn’t, we could all probably do with some brand new pots and pans to flex our newfound cooking skills in style.
The supermarket has brought back its Le Creuset-style cookware range in two on-trend colourways for the new season: pearl and pastel sage green. Both the shallow casserole dishes and larger ones cost just £29.99, which makes an incredible saving compared to Le Creuset’s similar styles that cost from £200-£300. They’re even cheaper than more affordable brands like ProCook, which retails its casserole dishes for around £70.
Considering how quickly Aldi cast iron pots and pans have sold before, we predict these will be especially popular with Easter coming up. The sellout range will be available to buy online on 3 April and in-stores from the 7 April – so be sure to put the date in your reminders if you want to get your hands on these!
You know the drill when it comes to an Aldi SpecialBuy – they’re a limited run, and once they’re gone, they’re gone, so place your order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
